Our Company Culture

If you ask anyone inside our organization what the company culture is about at Commerce Bank of Wyoming, you may hear several different variations but one common thread will become very clear. Our company and our people are fanatical about comm(unity).

Comm(unity) is the cornerstone of our culture and what truly brings us together. It means that we care deeply about doing our part to help the people, businesses, schools and organizations within the communities we serve succeed. It also means that we genuinely care about our employees. We facilitate an environment to help them realize their goals, dreams and support their passions; whether it’s a youth sporting league or a dirt stock car race.

With just over 100 employees company-wide, our growing organization has worked hard to stay grounded in our roots, values, and mission. We are proud of the team we’ve built and we know that the power to provide the very best financial services comes from our people.

I enjoy working for a company that really cares for our community.  We have our grill events that help our customers raise money and I absolutely love the ‘My Fair Share’ program. This gives each individual the opportunity to donate one day of pay to a nominated charity! It is amazing what a little bit each payday can add up to. We average about $1700.00 each year!!! It’s a great feeling!

The best part about working at Commerce Bank of Wyoming is the priority the bank takes in giving back to the local Community. Whether it’s grilling for a non-profit organization, or for the teachers in the community, providing an annual shred day, delivering survival baskets to the local CPA’s during tax season, community defines who we are as a financial institution.
