Eligibility: Commerce Bank of Wyoming’s “Valentine’s Day Giveaway” Contest is open only to legal residents who are at least twenty one (21) years old at the time of entry. Each entrant by participating in the Contest agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.
Contest Period: Entries will be accepted 8:00am MT January 22 2024 and ending 4:00pm MT February 14 2024. All entries must be received by 3:59pm February 14 2024. Commerce Bank of Wyoming reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the contest rules.
How to Enter: There are two ways to participate in the contest. You can visit the Commerce Bank of Wyoming branch located at 1575 Dewar Drive, Suite 100, Rock Springs WY, and enter in-person. Alternatively, you can call Commerce Bank of Wyoming at 307.362.4455 and request to be entered into the “Valentine’s Day Giveaway” contest. One entry per person is allowed, you may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple addresses, or identities, in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Commerce Bank of Wyoming. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Commerce Bank of Wyoming.
Winners: The winner(s) will be selected from the entries. The Entry Period ends on 3:59 MT 2/14/24, the winning entry will be contacted on 2/14/24 at or about 4:30pm MT. The contest will be done under the direction of Commerce Bank of Wyoming, whose decisions are final in all matters related to the Contest.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize: The winner will receive the “Valentine’s Day Giveaway” gift basket a value of $100.00. All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. No substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or Portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, as its sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner (s) will be notified via phone call, on 2/14/24 at or about 4:30pm MT. If the prize notification is undeliverable, the winner does not reply to Commerce Bank of Wyoming within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of notification, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, the prize will not be awarded. Commerce Bank of Wyoming shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest, you understand and agree that Commerce Bank of Wyoming, anyone acting on behalf Commerce Bank of Wyoming and Commerce Bank of Wyoming licensees, successors, and assignees, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purpose, without any further compensation, notice, review or consent, except where prohibited by law.
Terms & Conditions: Commerce Bank of Wyoming reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Commerce Bank of Wyoming and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assignee, employees, offices, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize of any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability of inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) the unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries. This Contest and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its principles of conflict of law and jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Wyoming. Winners are limited to one (1) prize from Commerce Bank of Wyoming within any three hundred sixty-five (365) day period.

Participation: Commerce Bank of Wyoming’s Love is in the Air contest is open to everyone. You may participate in the contest by emailing [email protected], messaging the official Commerce Bank of Wyoming Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/commercebankwy/, or in person and submit a picture and/or message, along with telling us why we should choose your message. By submitting your message and picture, you are representing that you agree to have your picture and all persons included in the picture and/or message displayed on the digital sign at 1575 Dewar Drive in Rock Springs, WY. Commerce Bank of Wyoming is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your photos. Submission period begins on Monday, January 22, 2024 and closes at 12:00 pm on Monday, February 12, 2024.
Photo Submission Criteria: All photos must be consistent with the contest theme and in compliance with the Contest Rules. Commerce Bank of Wyoming reserves the right to reject photos that are not in compliance with the contest rules.
We have the following limits on subject matter:
- No objectionable content, such as alcohol, smoking, guns, violence, obscenities, or nudity.
- No content that is defamatory to any group or individual and/or violate any law.
Winning: By 12:00 pm on February 12, 2024, a total of ten photo and/or message submissions will be selected by a panel of Bank employees and declared the winners. The winning entrants will have their submissions displayed on the Commerce Bank of Wyoming digital sign at 1575 Dewar Drive in Rock Springs on February 14, 2024. The winners will be notified on Monday, February 12, 2024 by email. Any winning images are subject to copyright verification before being declared a winner.
Image Ownership: All digital images must be original work. Participants retain ownership rights to their photos. By submitting your photograph, you grant Commerce Bank of Wyoming an unlimited, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, perform and display the image on Commerce Bank of Wyoming’s digital sign and in any marketing or advertising of any kind related thereto, in any medium now known or later developed. Commerce Bank of Wyoming will not pay you any compensation for your photograph or any use we make of it. Commerce Bank of Wyoming is not obligated to use your photograph and we may not notify you if we do not use it. By submitting your photograph, you agree and represent to Commerce Bank of Wyoming that you are the sole copyright owner of the photograph.
